Bank technology and operations innovator, Corey LeBlanc, has taken his talents to South Florida as Co-founder and COO/CTO of Locality Bank, a De Novo community bank that went from white-board to charter in less than a year. Locality’s focus is to “reinvent” small business banking by marrying personal relationships with cutting-edge, digital native technology to solely focus on customer service and experience. Corey, along with his fellow Co-founders, Keith Costello and Drew Saito, are avid fans of tech, community banking, and helping local small businesses thrive in a rapidly changing economy.
